How to pick up vehicles

Vehicle will be at the selected Pick- Up location that was chosen at booking. From there, follow the directions in your confirmation email to proceed with contactless or in person pickup options.

How to drop off vehicles

Vehicle is to be brought back to the selected Drop- Off location that was selected upon booking. Please follow the checkoff list that is provided in the glove box. From there you can proceed with the directions from your confirmation email to proceed with contactless or in person pickup options.

What Insurance do I need?

All customers are required to have active car insurance prior to the start of their rental period — either liability or full coverage. For added protection, we recommend contacting your insurance provider before your trip to temporarily add the rental vehicle to your policy for the duration of your rental.

Disclaimer: Regardless of your coverage type, you are responsible for any costs or damages not covered by your insurance policy if the vehicle sustains any damage during your rental period.

Airport vehicle drop off/ pickup?

Yes, we offer both drop- off and pick- up options for the airport. That can be selected upon booking with an additional FEE of $150 round trip.

Expectations for Drop Off

All trash and personal items are to be removed from the vehicle. Fuel level must be brought back at full capacity. If the vehicle is returned under a full tank, the customer will be charged an additional Fuel Fee of $50

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed in the vehicle without proper service animal paperwork provided to the company beforehand. If there is an unapproved pet in the vehicle, an additional fee will be applied.
